The STA-360 Automatic Stamping and Aligning Machine is the solution for automatically shaping, stamping, and aligning food on trays, which can make various snacks such as mooncake, pineapple cake, and maamoul. The stamping mold can be customized as needed.
By putting the first formed products on the conveyor, the Automatic Stamping and Aligning Machine is capable of shaping, and stamping products, and then aligning them on the tray. The rolling device rolls the first formed products into cylinder. Then, the stamping device shaping and stamping, which is designed with a special system to demold the products easily. Then, the final products are automatically conveyed and aligned on the trays. The built-in sensors make the products accurately locate in position.
