Description

TM 120 S Praticò: new and useful automatic unit, developed on the proven tested automatic tempo unit. It’s an extremely compact machine which maintains the working capacity of various types of dough, from the hardest to the softest and risen.

Itìs equipped with an anti-stress device at the entry of the divider and with the patented quick-change of the knifes. It can works in both one or two rows (standard version), but also in three rows and one double spatula row, specific for breadsticks (optional). The weight adjustment is very simple by varying both the dough thickness and the knife speed, by means of a three-position switch.

The production speed is variable through a two-positions switch, according to the desired weights. In addition, the divider-knives are made of stainless steel with teflon treatment. The combination with the new and tsted three-cylinder moulding machine FR500 with long loaf moulder at the exit, makes the TM 120 S an extremely flexible machine, allowing the processing, the cutting and the moulding of many types of products both for bread and for pastry.

The new automatic TM 120 S unit has a simple but extremely solid mechanism that makes this machine reliable and easy to use even for beginners. The automatic TM 120 S unit can also be supplied coupled with a second moulder machine (model TM 120) in order to produce even the most traditional italian products, such as “mantovana” and “banana” bread, and all those products that require a double roll. The unit is produced entirely in Italy, in according to the European safety regulations using materials respecting teh environment, with limited use of plastics and with over 90% recyclable.
